Baby shoot

This moment couldn’t have come any sooner… at least for me that is. At 29 weeks, I was beyond excited to have my maternity shoot. I’ve always been the one to commemorate every single mile stone in my life and my pregnancy would not be the exception. Originally we had planned for the shoot to be on a Wednesday, but as anything in life, nothing went as planned. It just so happened that it rained on that day and we had to reschedule. Luckily our Photographer Angela (who was also our wedding photographer), was kind enough to reschedule our shoot within the same week. Since we live on an island, we decided that it would be best for us to have the photos be taken on the beach. For the maternity shoot all I had to bring was my pregnant self as Angela already had the dress and headpiece (which I thank her for because it was one less thing to worry about).

The day of the shoot, we had some environmental difficulties. Although it was sunny, it was exceptionally windy out. My hair was constantly in my face and the ocean water was bone chilling cold! Nonetheless, with all of the difficulties that we had working against us, Angela was able to capture endearing moments. I’m completely in LOVE with how these photos came out and I can’t wait to see the rest. I can already pictures these photos hanging around in our apartment.  Hopefully you’ll enjoy them as much as I did!
